Returns Policy

CancellationWe accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Time limit: within 1 days after payment of order

Returns &Exchanges Policy-Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

Refund arrival time: Paypal refund to the account, from the date we received the return within 5 working days. Credit card refund to the account, from the date we received the return. within 5-15 working days.

Answer:Our staffs work speedily to get all orders processed and ship out,therefore we are unable to change anything once order have been processed, such as shipping details, quantity of item, color and diopter counts.
